PQuest
A psychological skills training method.
PQuest provides a framework for practicing psychological skills through active, contextual experiences — where decisions, changing circumstances, and adaptation become part of the training.

Psychological skills develop through practice, not information alone.
The PQuest Method is designed to create active practice around a psychological skill. Rather than simply presenting information or prescribing a “right” response, PQuest places people in contextual experiences where they engage with decisions, changing conditions, and their consequences.
The focus is not on learning a fixed rule for what to do. It is on practicing how to respond when situations vary, new information emerges, and different choices involve different trade-offs.
